Returns & Refunds policy
Cancellation Policy:
Cancelling a shop order may be possible if you contact me quickly. If the order has already been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible. Deposits on commissions are non-refundable. If you'd like to cancel a commission, the final payment will not be paid and the commission will not be fulfilled.
I do not take returns on any orders. Please read below for my refund policy:
Conditions for refunds:
If a package arrives damaged, poor quality, or not what you ordered, please email me at info@rubyranaart.com with your name and order number. A refund may be issued if:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
You can provide pictures of the faulty order
If your order is correct and arrived undamaged, but you are not satisfied with your order, a refund may not be possible. Please email me with any questions regarding this policy.
Lost packages or shipping issues:
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address on your order. If there's an issue, please email me with your order number and I will provide you with the tracking number. Use the tracking number to contact the shipper about shipping issues. If the package is returned to me, I can either re-send the order for the same amount of shipping paid upon purchase, or I can provide a partial refund, which will be the amount paid minus expenses. You will not receive the order in this scenario.
All orders are sent with tracked shipping. Any issues with lost packages should be taken up with the shipping provider using the tracking number provided. Please do so within 30 days of the original estimated delivery date. If you need help with this, please email me at info@rubyranaart.com.
